Welcome to Visionary Imprints LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By placing an order or using our website imprintvisionary.com, you agree to the following terms.

CUSTOM ORDERS

All custom orders are made to order specifically for you. By submitting your design or artwork, you confirm that you own the rights to that artwork and that it does not infringe on any third-party copyrights or trademarks. Visionary Imprints LLC is not responsible for any copyright infringement resulting from customer-submitted artwork.

ARTWORK & FILE REQUIREMENTS

For custom tees, hoodies, and DTF transfers, customers are responsible for submitting print-ready files. We recommend PNG format at 300 DPI or higher. We are not responsible for poor print quality resulting from low-resolution artwork submitted by the customer.

ORDER APPROVAL

For bulk or custom orders, we may send a digital proof for your approval before printing. Once you approve, production begins and changes cannot be made.

PAYMENT

Full payment is required at the time of order. We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, Shop Pay, and Apple Pay through Shopify Payments.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All original designs created by Visionary Imprints LLC remain our intellectual property. Customer-submitted designs remain the property of the customer.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Visionary Imprints LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
