PROCESSING TIME

All orders are custom made. Please allow 3-5 business days for production before your order ships. During busy periods, processing may take up to 7 business days. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

 

LOCAL DELIVERY (FREE)

We offer free local delivery to all 5 NYC boroughs (Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, The Bronx, Staten Island), Nassau County, and Suffolk County. Local deliveries are typically completed within 1-3 business days after production.

 

SHIPPING (All Other Locations)

Orders outside our local delivery area are shipped via USPS. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Estimated delivery times after shipping:

• Standard: 3-7 business days
• - Priority: 2-3 business days

TRACKING

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking to update.

 

DELAYS

Visionary Imprints LLC is not responsible for shipping delays caused by USPS or other carriers. Delays due to weather, holidays, or carrier issues are outside of our control.

 

WRONG ADDRESS

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
