RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Visionary Imprints LLC, all of our products are made to order. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.

CUSTOM ORDERS (Design Your Tee, Design Your Hoodie, DTF Gang Sheet Transfers)

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once production has started. All sales are final on custom orders.

However, if your order arrives with a print defect, wrong item, or quality issue on our end, we will reprint your order at no charge. You must contact us within 5 days of receiving your order with photos of the issue.

CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 24 hours, production may have already begun and cancellations will not be accepted.

SHIPPING ISSUES

If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. Visionary Imprints LLC is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

LOCAL DELIVERY

For local deliveries in NYC, Nassau County, and Suffolk County — if there is an issue with your order upon delivery, please let us know immediately and we will make it right.
